退款政策
這是訂閱條款第 3 條的白話版,讓你不用讀完整條款就能知道退款規則。如果需要詳細條文,請看 訂閱條款第 3 條。
01短版
Inner Circle 是數位訂閱服務。依台灣《消費者保護法》第 19 條之 2 的規定,不適用 7 日無條件退款——這點和 Netflix、YouTube Premium、Spotify 一樣。
但以下情況可以申請退款:
可以申請退款的情況
- 我連續 30 天沒交付承諾的內容,且沒有書面說明
- Ko-fi 平台故障導致你連續 14 天無法存取內容
- 我主動終止 Inner Circle 服務,對已付未履行的期間按比例退款
不會退款的情況
- 訂閱後發現內容不符合你預期
- 訂閱後忘記取消被自動續訂(請用 Ko-fi 後台管理)
- 違反條款第 4 條被終止會員身分
- 取消訂閱當期計費週期的剩餘天數
02其他情況
非屬前述明確規則的退款請求,本工作室保留個案處理的權利。請以 email 至 commissions@zoeg.studio 提出,本工作室將於收到後 7 個工作日內以 email 回覆處理結果。
請在信中包含:
- 你的 Ko-fi 帳號名稱或 email
- 訂閱的 tier 與開始日期
- 希望退款的原因(越具體越好)
03關於取消
取消訂閱不等於退款。取消後,你的會員身分會持續到當期計費週期結束(通常是下一次自動扣款日的前一天)。在這段期間內你仍然可以正常存取當月所有內容。
要取消訂閱:登入 Ko-fi → Account → Memberships → 點選取消。

Refund Policy
This is the plain-language version of Section 3 of the Membership Terms. For the full legal text, see Membership Terms, Section 3.
01Short version
Inner Circle is a digital subscription. Under Article 19-2 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, the statutory 7-day unconditional return right does not apply — same as Netflix, YouTube Premium, Spotify.
However, refunds are available in these cases:
When a refund is available
- The Studio fails to deliver promised content for 30+ consecutive days, without written explanation
- A Ko-fi platform outage prevents access for 14+ consecutive days
- The Studio voluntarily discontinues Inner Circle — pro-rata refund for the unfulfilled period
When refunds are not issued
- You subscribed and then found the content wasn't what you expected
- You forgot to cancel and got auto-renewed (please manage via Ko-fi)
- Your account was terminated for breach of Section 4 of the Terms
- Unused days in the current billing cycle after you cancel
02Other cases
For refund requests outside the cases above, the Studio reserves the right to handle on a case-by-case basis. Email commissions@zoeg.studio — response within 7 business days.
Please include:
- Your Ko-fi username or email
- Tier and subscription start date
- Reason for the request — the more specific, the better
03About canceling
Canceling is not the same as a refund. After you cancel, your membership continues through the end of the current billing cycle (usually the day before the next scheduled charge). During that window, you still have full access.
To cancel: log into Ko-fi → Account → Memberships → Cancel.
